A incorrect fax number got loaded into the memory by mistake. How do I delete it. It is a Pixma MX320 model

If you mean the fax number for your fax machine, you should be able to press the Fax button on the printer and then press the menu button, then go to settings. You should be able to change the original set-up information, including the fax number and other identifying features for your faxes.

If you mean for memory for other fax numbers, you should be able to to to the directory in the settings and edit or delete the memory settings much the same.

Place the paper on the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) with the prints facing up.
Once it is loaded, press the fax button, enter the phone number then press the start button (the black or color button)

Message saying "received in memory", what does it mean and how do I get rid of it?

It means there are pending documents in the memory of the printer awaiting to be printed. This documents could be a received fax documents or a documents failed to send.

Just press the menu button to enter fax setting: under it the appears "receive mode set"...... use the right arrow button to go to "memory referrence" then click OK button.

Use again the arrow buttons to delete documents in memory.

When I send a fax to a 1800 number I get the

I wasnt aware that anyone could list a 1800 number as a fax These are supposed to be voice only.

usually the freecall lists 1800 to call and fax numbers as the usual 02,03 xxxxxx etc
