Hi,
I am using Nokia 6300 model phone. Some days back i activated the "Keypad lock with security code".
Last day my friends were just working on it and they entered the wrong code for many times(I think more than 10times). And when i tried entering the correct code, It shows that 'Code Error'. I tried entering the correct code for many times, but it shows the same message, "Code Error".
I restarted the phone, waited for 15 mins, then entered. But then also the same error.
Now i worry whether my phone is in Hard Lock..:(

since you have changed the security code, the best alternative you have now is to go to the service centre(customer care unit) and get your security code flushed...best of luck...
The default security code for Nokia is 12345 If the default security code doesn’t work, I need the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) type *#06# on your phone to get it. You can also find it beneath the battery. I will then calculate the Master Code for your phone, which you can use to reset the Security code.
The only solution for 6300 is go to phone shop or nokia repair centre. Then ask for your phone to be flashed, you may need proof of purchase. Your phone will be fully cleared- back up your things first.
