Hello how do i change the time on my 4773/8? i bought it in South Africa but work in Russia please help.

At that time, it was common practice that jewellers shops would have their name put on watches that they sold.
I would suggest that it's almost certainly a Swiss movement - are there any numbers or characters stamped on the movement (you might need a loupe or magnifying glass to see them)?
An 18ct case would not have been used to house a low quality movement!
