The problem is there is no sound from Speaker. When i checked i am not getting out put from pre-amp section. Power amp is working fine.. Other issue , there is a 12V unreg goes to the mother board (main brd), but this seems to be 24V instead of 12 V... So my assumption is that there is some problem with this regulator and Microcontroller is not issuing command to Pre-amp IC.

I understand the problem. It should be the relay which is not responding, technically not able to connect the system power supply, you will have to replace the relay. The STK chip should be working fine.
