848P neo ls

There are a couple of things to check
first if you are using the front socket on your computer case, that this is actually connected to the motherboard (sorry if this is patronizing but I dont know you obviously)...try plugging in the back for simple check of this rather than open your PC up.
secondly
click control panel classic view (if there depending on which windows you are using...im assuming windows)
double click sounds and audio devices click audio tab
look in the sound playback drop down ensure that you sound card is selected, there may be a few variants, try different ones.
lastly click on voice tab click in voice playback volume button ensure that none of of the mixer options have mute ticked.

In the motherboard of any models, there are only two ro four onboard fix ports. Another ports is not the part of Motherboard, there are only free ports pin on motherboards. your cabinet ports connect with there open pin ports.,

Is there an onboard video to this motherboard? If so hook up your monitor to that first and go into the BIOS to disable the onboard so when you restart it should go to your PCI Video card.

I went to this site and was able to download every driver, utility application and manuals for the 848P Neo-V motherboard for free. The only thing on that motherboard's specification page, for sale is the motherboard itself.
