Almost all manufacturers have downloads on their website for this. Go to the their site...Sony, Kodak, or whoever makes the camera and click on support. They will ask what model of camera and some other info. You will be able to download the software and any updates, owners manual, etc... If you are running windows try just plugging the camera into a USB port and windows should recognize it, You will be able to get images from camera with Windows Photo Gallery which is a standard program in windows

first you install the cable and connect cable with pc and select mode Data then click on start-->printers and faxes-->Scanners and Cameras from here you can load all picture on your's pc.
Second go to cyber cafe open google and write yours cam coder model and press enter download appropriate file fpr installing on pc.
want to use camera for pc cam but lost cd need assitance I have a optimus digital video cam cat. no. 16-3845 for which I lost the cd to download my pictures from the camera. can you help?
