Dual indash radio xdvd-8181

i bought a truck with thedual xdvd9101 radio and cant dont no the cod for it can you help me

Look for the fuse box under your dash, (its some times installed under your steering wheel.) if its not there look under your hood inside your engine. somewhere there should be a fuse box. now... once you find it on the cap, lid, or door that covers the fuse box look for the fuse that says "stereo" or "radio" its usually a 15amp fuse. (most cars).... pull that fuse and turn the car ON and make sure that was the fuse for the stereo. (in this case the XDVD8181) it should not be ON... (the car should be ON and the indash should be OFF) leave the fuse OFF for 6 minutes that should be enough time for the indash to reset. once you have done that replace your fuse and turn your car back on, your indash should be back on and running...open your screen, you should have the ENTER CODE screen up. Now the default code is 0000. if you for some reason forgot your code OR your code is not working, Call this number- 1-866-382-5476 they should help you from there.

hey i have a dual xdvd 8183 and my screen doent pop out but it plays and you an see that the screen is playing inside can anyone help

When you burn the c.d. make sure the burner has it on the correct settings. The "blank" c.d.s you are playing will play on a computer but nothing else. If you change the recording settings so that it isn't for cpu only you will be good to go!

Thank you for your e-mail. Put in the same number 3 times (example 1111) until it locks and then push in the mute bottom and hold it and while you hold the mute button with your other finger push in the volume control (power button) and hold both of them until a new screen comes up and then put in 122164 and hit OK and that should work.

let me break it down you do not need the remote...

first put the same number in (e.g 1111 enter this number 3 times) second after the device locks on the radio hold the mute button while holding that press in the volume nob (e.g power button) hold them both till another screen comes up and enter 122164 and press ok and your all done... this solution works on all dual indash dvd players

Take and bench test it. Pioneer brand do that when the ribbon cable is cracked. It is the one that get drag in and out during open and close. Open it up and check that. Goodluck.
