I am using My Toshiba Satellite A205 laptop then suddenly it turns off - then i switched it again, the logo appears, then it turns off again, i switched it for the last time but it didn't turned on, i've checked the connection to the power - there is no disconnection ... i thought the problem was the charger then i brought a newer one, but when i plugged it didn't work... what would be the problem?

Take out battery from it, and re-insert it after 15 minutes or so. This must make it a hard reset. If it too doesn't help you, make sure there is a software corruption has been occurred. Re-install the O/S is the only solution. Electro help

Check AC power cord, use a different one, also plug into different outlet. If that doesn't work power switch is bad. Or something else is wrong.

From what you describe and assuming the new battery was "new", I'd say you have an internal short which is draining the battery over a short period of time. I'm assuming you gave the battery a "commissioning charge" when you bought and used it?
If not, this is something you should do with all new LI batteries. This bit is reproduced from a website that sells batteries for the Toshiba satellite series:

It seems there could be some Virus. Please wait for 5mins and connect the battery again.
Switch On the Notebook. It should work fine now.

Charger is faulty, must get new one.

Go to the Toshiba web site. They often extend the warranty on laptops with common problems.

there is no reset button however you will need to switch off by simply pressing the power button depressed for some seconds then once the laptop switches off you will be able to reboot again.

BEFORE TURNING ON THE LAPTOP, press and hold the 0 (zero) button on the keyboard, then turn on the computer while holding the 0 (zero) button down. When the Toshiba logo screen appears, you can release the 0 key.

what my audio setting suppose to set to step by step on my Toshiba satellite A205-S5880

Check your GraphicCard. Have you tried downgrading to XP and can you tell if you facing same problem?
