Likely, one of the transducers has drifted, and will need to be calibrated again. Consult the manual for your load management / controller for instructions on how to do this.
If this is happening regardless of boom position, you may be looking at a faulty extension sensor as well. Again, the manual will guide you through troubleshooting this.

They likely will want the records of the monthly maintenance checks as well, to see if there is a trend that can be tracked. In the mean time, that crane is a potential hazard, and should be tagged until the root cause is identified.
