Dear,
All just try this trick
Connect your phone to PC and try to acces the card on PC. Now format the card but, take the backup of data before formatting the card.

    From Microsoft support:

Some Secure Digital (SD) cards do not work correctly on Windows XP-based computers. Additionally, you may notice a yellow exclamation mark (!) next to the SD card in Device Manager.

This problem may occur even though you have applied other hotfixes that are required for high-capacity SD card support. For more information, click the following article numbers to view the articles in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
923293 The 923293 hotfix adds support for SD High Capacity memory cards in Windows XP
934428 Hotfix for Windows XP that adds support for SDHC cards that have a capacity of more than 4 GB

I purchased a Kingston 2G SD card for my Canon A530. It says "memory card error". In fact, the function to format the card does not even light up but is dimmed and skips to the next function. My...

The card is obviously too large, in memory capacity terms, for the camera. In fact, it might not be an SD card, but an SDHC card. "SD" cards larger than about 2GB are actually SDHC cards. I'm not sure about the 2GB ones, maybe there are some of each type. SD and SDHC cards fit the same slots, but they are slightly different electrically. Many cameras won't work with SDHC (high capacity) cards. SDHC is not backwards compatible.

A 1GB card is plenty of space. If you really need more room, carry a spare card, like people used to do with films.

Why won't Kingston SDHC 4 gb card work in Casio EX Z57 camera

The EX-Z57 is designed to work with SD cards, not SDHC cards. While an SDHC card will fit into the slot, it is electronically incompatible and will not work. You need to use SD cards 2GB and smaller.

Nikon Coolpix 5900/4 GB Kingston SD Card

The 5900 uses SD cards. The 4GB card you have is actually an SDHC card and will not work in the 5900. You'll have to stay with cards 2GB and smaller.

How can you format a SD 4gb card for the Kodak EasyShare Z612 Digi Camera

You can't. The Z612 uses SD cards. Your 4GB card is actually an SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) card and is incompatible with SD devices.

For SD cards (2GB and smaller), you'll find the Format operation in the Setup menu. Press the Menu button, then use up/down to select the wrench, then press OK.

4GB micro sd card.

According to what I've read, you can double the original memory, but no more than that, so the max you can have on a Sansa e250 would be 4 GB (2GB internal memory and 2GB external memory). I also read that the micro SD cards holds
music only-no video.

2 GB SD CARD WON'T WORK IN MY Z3.

There is also a firmware update for the camera on the Konica-Minolta website. I have not been able to get the update to work following the directions provided. This update is supposed to fix the 2GB limit. Maybe you will have better luck getting it to work.
