I assume this is related to your LCD monitor.
I think you mean dead pixels. The LCD monitor has tiny pixel elements, one for each red, blue, green color and each one of these colored pixels are turnes on by a transistor. When a transistor fails then the colored pixel it controls does not light up. This is a dead pixel and it shows up as a tiny black dot.
If the screen displays a blue screen, a dead blue pixel will appear as a tiny black dot in the blue screen.
You normally would not notice a few dead pixels unless they are grouped together.

if yes read the screen prompts carefully
if page 1 , set BIOS defaults falls in any way say so
is PC just bought used dead, and coin cell missing inside
if BIOS defaults fails that means page security ignored by you and passwords were set by others.

HP dc 7600 red light 9 beeps

Hyjacker, Ransford decker ask 6 years later.
ahhh , old BEEPs codes so old that HP even forgets them
over 10 years old./ yours is now 13 years old
first off is the Motherboard RTC coin cell dead, as all are this old?
replace it first. a wise choice. that.
on some HP code 8 is coin cell dead. did you count flashes wrong? the count matters. big time....

on AMI BIOS code 8 means
Display memory error (system video adapter)
later AMI BIOS code 8 means.
ROM Checksum Error
ROM checksum value does not match the value encoded in BIOS.
this means COIN cell bad again.

i see no code 9,s in my huge private lists of bios codes for 20 years.
ok , reading all manuals, on this one PC i find this.
"System not fetching code"
now there is classic geek code, wow.
my guess it means CMOS ram is corrputed.
again the coin cell is bad. table.(fixha wrecked it, sux, no?)

Batter keep going dead

Check you charging system, with a volt meter is should show between 13.5-14-5vdc at the battery with the engine at 2000 RPM. Test your battery for load capacity and dead or weak cells...1 dead cell will drain the others. Hope this helps.

My battery will not hold a charge, Even when plugged into the charger. What do I do to fix it?

Hello,

I suggest you remove the battery and put it in a similar phone and charge with your charger to see if it will hold charge.

If it does, i means the battery is still good. but if it does not, it means the battery cell is dead and the battery will need to be replaced.

The problem could also be the charging port of your phone, it may be bad and not charging your phone but if it is charging it, it means the cell of your battery is dead and will need to be replace.

Just check the battery, charging port or the charger, one of either of this three is bad.

Take care
.
