The plastic shield in the coffee container on my saeco incanto de luxe broke yesterday and fell directly onto the beans, but I was still able to make my coffee this morning, but this afternoon, the grinder is not working at all, it makes a whirring noise instead. I had just loaded more beans in when the cover broke. Thanks again for your help

from the menu select descaling and open the steam knob. The machine is doing descaling.When descaling proces finish fill the water tank with frsh water and rinse from the hot water .When water finish you are ready to drink coffee.

There are 2 knobs in the bean hopper. The small knob is turned to the max (+) side and needs to be turned back 1 mark, then try again.

the only thing i can see the cooffe bean container there a rubber seal that seal beetween the grinder and container you need to empty the beans remove container 2 screw that hold the container black seal is there let me no pierre

Could be the pump not providing enough pressure to force the water through the coffee. When using beans or preground, can you still hear the pump function?

Make sure you not get any water in the grinder, if you got water in the grinder then you have to clean it.

You can try to set grinding to coarse and try to make 3 cup of coffee.

descaling it with special produit not vinegar 1 part descaler 1 part water put in water container start machine open water valve for few second leave it for 15 minute repeat untill empty rinse very good cheers

The machine appears to be blocked due to limestone formation in water piping. Suggestion is decalcify following instructions of manufacturer .

You have to take off the bean hopper, turn the ring on grinder anticlockwise to you see the claque. Take out the middle off the grinder and clean everything carefully.

After that you have to put it back again, when you have the middle off the grinder back you turn the ring clockwise to the end, after that you turn it anticlockwise 14 "tick".

Push the coffe brew button again. It should take right off and grind again.
