I have a Philips Norelco 7310XL razor and I have a problem. I recently moved, and in the process, something happened, and my razor isn't working. When I turn the razor on, the blades turn slightly and then stop. After taking the razor apart, each part seems to work well, but when the razor is put together, the parts don't work as they should. Please let me know if you know how to fix this problem.
