Hi there!
Transferring music files or songs from your computer to your HTC Wildfire is very easy. Just connect your HTC using your USB cable and select "Mount as Disk Drive" on your phone. You can create a new folder inside your HTC with the songs and your Music App should automatically sync it.
Best regards!
Hi there...
I would suggest using a music player with sync support for mp3 players.
I personally use Winamp . it has support for most mp3 players, iPods, Android Devices, etc... It will keep your /mnt/sdcard/Music folder well organized and will find albumarts for the songs. They have even an Winamp app for Android which supports syncing through WiFi.
This process can also be done using Windows Media Player.
Both of this software (or most software for that matter) will require you to use your phone as an USB Disk Drive. You get asked for this when you connect your phone through the USB cable to your PC.
However just copying the files directly to your SD card works just fine. Just be shure to update your music library afterwards.
I use PowerAmp to do that. It's the best music app on the market, but unfortunately it's not free.
Hope this has helped you in any way.
