I've tried using the 3 codes listed by Comcast for the Samsung LCD but none of them work to allow me to control the LCD (like volume) with the Comcast remote.
The answer depends whether its a Comcast DVR Remote or a regular one. The DVR codes are 4 digit -- the others are 5 digit. I got 0060 to work for my DVR remote.
Not sure which remote you're using. We have comcast Motorolla box and Samsung LN-T4671F. the code I used was 10812 and it works perfectly.

10812 worked for samsung 32a330. used with comcast dvr remote and motorola standard def cable box (not the high def one). i had good luck with other codes provided by comcast for magnavox and sanyo with HD boxes from comcast.

I just solved my jer 323 programming and code problem for Samsung! Hold TV and OOn/Off at same time and hold until red light appears; then release both and press on/off at about 1 sec intervals until tv goes off. I only had to press on/off about 4 or 5 times.
Just installed a Samsung LN37A550 and used the Comcast Remote code 10812 and it works:
On the Comcast (OFA) Remote
1. press TV
2. press setup until the TV light blinks twice
3. Enter 10812
4. Press Power and the TV should turn on and off.
My Silver and Black DVR remote (stupid Comcast gave me an SD DVR though) worked perfectly with the 10812. The 0060 and 4 digit code idea are bogus. My remote could only change the volume by hitting Vol +/-, any other button, and then Vol +/- again. 10812 fixed my problem, 0060 made it worse.

I have a similar problem trying to program a Time warner DVR remote to operate my Samsung LN37A550 and also a samsung dvd player.
Time warner couldn't help and Samsung's FAQ said to go to the remote mfr for help(Time warner).
Any suggestions?
