WF 860 F-05 Fault

I had a F-11 fault which then led onto a F-05 fault, I have cleared the blockage under the plastic ball - £1.85 and a house key!! - but the F-05 fault still happens when I run a wash program. How do I get to the pump (where abouts is it !!) to rectify the problem, your help would be greatfully appreciated as "her indoors" is giving me serious earache. Many thanks in anticipation

F14 on your model of dishwasher is indicating a blockage, poor water pressure or could be a fault with the pump pressure level switch or circulation pump.

Filter and non return valve is cleaned of any blockages and if the fault persists have it service..

What does f05 mean on a hotpoint washing machine

f-05 usually relates to either the pump being blocked or the sump of this particular model being full of coins, color catchers etc.

first keep it simple, ensure outlet hose is not blocked or kinked....but if not follow these steps

  • To sort this isolate from mains
  • take off back inspection panel.
  • tilt machine forward- get sum1 to hold it for u.
  • The sump is the black hose attached to drum.
  • place a basin under this and loosen jublie clamp using star head screw driver/ 8mm socket,
  • pull sump downwards and remove any blockage.
  • note the plastic ball is part of the sump assembley.
  • refitt the sump again and tighten clamp, pull down firmly on sump to ensure fitted correctly
if there was nothing in the sump it is sumthing jamming the pump, hairgrip, nail, etc.

tilt machine forward as above with a basin ensuring isolated from mains power
  • pump is attached to other end of sump hose, right side of machine as you look in the back.
  • using flat screwdriver lift plastic tag up and slide pump assembley to the left releasing it from base of machine
  • clip of plastic cover from top of pump
  • remove wires from pump
  • u should now be able to turn pump around so u can see 3 hex head screws
  • remove screws taking note of the position of pump
  • remove pump and clear blockage
  • reverse steps to reassemble
if this does not sort it poss a new pump needed

Top loading intuitive washer says fault code 37

This machine calls this error number for most faults.
So first let us know what stage it stops at.
The most common fault is blockage in the pump.
Remove the power plug, disconnect the 2 water hoses and tilt the machine onto its front.
It is simple to remove and replace. Disconnect the 2 sockets from the pump The pump is held in position by a latch on the left hand side. Depress the latch and twist the pump anti clockwise. Clean out , add a smear of vaseline to the rubber ring.
Reassemble in reverse

Hotpoint Ultima Super Silent WF865. I'm getting error code F04 there's water in the machine and it's stopped.

Error code F04 indicates pressure switch jammed on empty.
Remove the lower rear panel of washer.
Remove the large black hose fastened to bottom of drum.
Remove and clean the plastic filter inside hose.
Remove the hose onto the pump, and check for blockage or obstruction here.
This should clear the fault
please leave feedback for my solution.
Thanks.

Shifter under hood pops of the little ball wat is

the ball is not bad, the arm needs replacing the socket's on the arm, it's loose

No repair, just replace it (Fairly cheap, dealership part only)

When you put the new arm on fill the new plastic ssocket (Both ends) with silicone grease (White or clear) do NOT use petroleum grease

Dear ladies and gentlemen, our problem is, that we have a full mashine stopp with e20 accuring on the led before the detenser enters the toumble. our mashine is an aeg 16809 e20 thanks for your fast reply

You've answered your own question. E20 is a draining failure. Blockage in the sump hose, pump, drain hose or faulty pump. Clear the blockage or replace the pump if faulty and you'll clear the fault.

I have Model WF-S6607?WF-S6607TC. Washing Machine. Loaded the clothes, pressed the POWER button, pressed the WATER LEVEL button, pressed the PROCESS button, and pressed the START/PAUSE button, But few...

This might be Lid cover open protection. There is a small magnet at the edge of the lid cover, housed in some sort of a catch.
If the plastic housing cracked, the magnet might have dropped into the washing drum. To overcome this, place a magnet on the position where the plastic catch will contact the washer when the lid is close.
