This is the second time we have had a small hole form in our Aqua Glass shower. It is in the wall of the shower and the material seems very thin. Wonder why it is happening and what is the best method of repair.

Hi dont know about shower, but think it would not hurt to take one screw out at a time and and squeeze a little water proof silicone in the screw holes then put the screws back in,and putting the silicone down the joint proberly would work but you would need to use a good anty mould silicone sealent(but if possible would be better to take the joint apart and seal it if posible, hope this was some help.
I will recommend that you use some contact cement, and a piece of thin plastic like a plastic drop cloth, shower curtain, etc.
Cut the plastic piece that will be using as your patch about 1" X 1" square.
Locate the hole in the air mattress, deflate air mattress, apply contact cement lightly to the air mattress approximatly 1" X 1" and the piece of thin plastic material you will be using as the patch over both entire surfaces of the patch and mattress...let it all dry about 20 mins.
After it is dry then apply the patch to the hole in the mattress, apply a weight to the top of the patch, let sit about half an hour and you are done
Hole fixed
Please take time to rate me thumbs up
your litre per minute usage is probley greater than the recovery time on the cylinder..install a dual coil cylinder and pipe a heat exchanger off central heating system through second coil and you shall double the recovery time on tank, both coils should be controlled through pipe stats for effiency purposes
If you are using the cone shaped anchors and you're sure you have the right size hole drilled then just use a small hammer to tap them into place so that small flange on the front rim of the anchor is back tight against the shower wall. When you are tightening screws in be careful to not overtighten or you will cause anchors to slip . Hope this helps. Thank you
There is no single answer that I can give you because it will vary due to material you are mounting to. If you are going to be mounting on ceramic tile or fiberglass shower wall I would recommend you use the plastic anchors that come with the bracket and mounting screws. Use drill size 3/16 drill holes and insert anchors. Mount bracket and screw in place. If you have hollow wall with nothing but sheetrock to hold the bracket I would get small butterfly anchors from hardware store and drill hole slightly larger than the wings on fastener when they are folded back along side the screws. If you have a wood backer board behind shower wall then drill holes with 1/8 inch bit and use screws long enough to reach through shower wall and sheet rock and mount bracket. Hope this helps you. Thanks P.S. If you have to drill thru ceramic tile you will need a carbide tipped bit.
The rollers for most shower doors are a stamdard size and are available at most hardware stores. The Bigbox stores might even carry rollers for you specific make and model.
The best way is to cut a hole in the wall and fix it right. That will entail replacing the surface material, probably sheetrock. You could try some silicone sealant around the shower arm behind the eschusion. It will still move, but not much.
This is a simple fix. The tools you need are: cresent wrench. You want to remove the shower hear off of the pipe coming from the wall. On the inside of the end off the shower head there should be a small plastic disk remove it. It will have a series of holes this is called a water saver. The holes get stopped up with minreals take a tooth pick and clean them out. I see this all the time. If that does not work it will be in the valve
Hi welcome to Fixya.com
There should be a cap in the center of the knob that comes off and a screw in the center,...or there is a small set screw in the bottom it looks like a small hole and there is an allen key that is used to tighten ,you will have to loosen the set screw to put on ..then retighten.
