Keep getting Out of Ribbon message even i changed ribbon..printer zebra p330i card printer. how can i fix it?

I assume you are using YMCKO ribbon rather that K monochrome. If using YMCKO (or a few other specialist ribbons) the spool has a large blue collar at the back with a paper covered chip. The chip has to be for the P330i rather that the Javelin or Polaroid version of the printer. The code on the YMCKO ribbon should be 800015-440. There are a number of companies selling cheap knocked off ribbons that claim to be compatible. That could be part of the problem. The printer has to communicate back to the windows driver when a ribbon is changed, maybe there is a comms problem, try another USB port or reload the driver.
