This sounds like it is on a permanent press cycle. When it says end the clothes are dry.
Having said that....... If it is NEW this is a warranty repair. The moisture sensor is most likely the culprit causing the end of cycle trigger pre-maturely. Check around the moisture sensor for anything like bobby pins, straight pins, toothpicks (i.e anything foreign. Check the 2 strips and along the edges thoroughly for any foreigen matter.
If it is 2nd hand the moisture sensor is probably bad and passing false dry signals to the control. Again check for foreign debris before even thinking about replacing parts.
If you find nothing then before you buy parts there is a test for the moisture sensor. Just respond here and we can go from there.

Hi i also have bought the same model of dryer. It doesn't dry completely and the spin of the drum is slow. Is this normal or does it needs to spin fast?
Hi, I am Kelly. A dryer should tumble the clothes so that they reach a clock position between 10 and 11 o'clock and then fall across to about the 4 - 5 o'clock position. Thing sthat cause a dryer not to dry properly:
1. Too many clothes per load and the clothes do not tumble as stated above
2. The lint filter must be cleaned after EACH load.
3, If you have a flexible dryer hose the flexible hose slows down the air flow through the dryer. Use the thin metal snap and slide together ducting.
4. Inspect the outside the house dryer vent flapper to make sure it can fully open. People sometimes use a bathroom vs a dryer through the wall vent with flapper or louvers and they will restrict air flow.
5. The dryer when operating properly will push a relaxed hand and wrist away from the rear dryer duct connection without any clothes in the dryer. With clothes in the dryer the airflow will pulse as the clothes are tumbling in the dryer. If you do not have this kind of air flow you need to find out why.
6. Over longer periods of use (months) the lint filter will appear clean but if you use fabric softener sheets the material from the sheets eventually clogs the lint filter. When this happens you must wash the lint filter with vinegar and water and then soap and water.
Items 1 - 6 above are the most common reasons for long drying times or poor dryer performance.

Hi thanks for the reply but i thought that the drum will spin really fast when it's drying. But mine doesn't. So is it normal that it spin slow?
All dryers no matter the brand rotate between 45 and 55 RPM. I.e slower than 1 RPM per second. Clothes need to drift away from the drum so that the airflow passes across the clothing to dry them and the moist air is passed out of the dryer and through outside wall. If it would spin really fast the clothes would be forced onto the drum and would take a very long time to dry as the moisture would remain trapped against the drum also. You literally would have clothes that were dry on one side and wet on the other if the drum rotated so quickly that they never fell away from the drum.

I have the same issue. The drier does not get hot. I have checked the coil, and there is power to it, but I don't know where any fuses might be that I can maybe check? And where are the thermostats and moisture sensors kept?

I take it this is a second hand dryer and not a new dryer. Somthing to check on a new connection is that BOTH circuit breakers are on. Push both of them to off to reset them then back to on. Retest for heat.
Things thawt will cause no heat
Cycvle Thernostat (Runs but no heat)
Motor switch (Centrifugal switch inside the motor is not sliding on the armature to make the motor switch or the motor switch itself had failed)
Heat level control (Burned contacts terminals or wires)
Thermistor (Overheated and will no longer fun when this fails)
High Limit Thermostat (Runs but no heat)
Wiring (Melted terminals or wires... Do an overall visual inspection.
NEW INSTALL in a different house..... Power connection changed from 4 Prong to 3 prong or vice versa without changing the terminal block connections.

Thermostats are on the blower ducting inside the dryer. If there is a moisture sensor it is usually in the LH side of the dryer door and will have a rectangulare bar shape. (Clean this off) Thermistors are usually on the fan blower housing and the high limit thermostat will either be on the top of the ducting past the blower or higher up on the back bulkhead above the heating element.
Also inside the dryer either taped to the side of the chassis or inside the control panel is a technical information packet that is 3 x 5 or 4 x 6 with tech sheets and wiring diagram.
