Right click on my computer there select manage in that u will find the option disk management there select removable disk and there select format.......... ur pen drive will be formatted

in "my computer" right click on your "removable disk" and select format...
if that does not work..
'Start' Right click on 'Computer' 'manage' 'disk management' select your device (removable disk) 'format' or 'delete volume' if 'delete volume' after ot is complete select new simple volume

try formatting ur card with the following steps:
right click om my comp then click on manage then disk menagement and right click on ur card then format it will forcely format ur card. gud luck....
Often times, these jump drives have a tiny, nearly invisible read-only switch on them. Check to see that it isn't set to read only, which will inhibit formatting, among other things.
copy the files to you're pc, and if you use windows just go in my computer and right click on the flash disk icon and click format check the quick format box and the press format.
Have your My Computer window open and re-insert the card into the reader. If it doesn't show immediately, then right click and choose refresh. It should show up then.
