I have a sanyo aircon - model SAP-K95GHS5 and lost the remote. I bought a universal remote kt-518 wich are suppose to work under sanyo from 046 till 095. It switches on and off but nothing else. Where can i buy an original remote or what code must i use under universal remote kt-518?

Hi, It seems that the SAP, no audio, distorted audio is a common problem for some RCA units even with the use of the original remote and in your case made more difficult with a replacement remote. Two things you can try: 1. Some say that unplugging the TV set for a long time, a couple of hours at least will do a hard/system reset on the microcontroller inside the TV hopefully resetting set-up the audio (including SAP) to default; 2. contact Customer Support at Thomson and explain your problem; 3. Try going a google on "RCA SAP manual reset"; or 4. Buy an original remote and not another replacement. Hope this work out for you and give you some ideas. Pls post again how things turn up.
