i try unloked my samsung shc-i220,because i used password and now i try put my password and never unloked

you have to install the software provided by your cellphone carrier(i,e. MetroPcs installation disk) then you must use either the original Samsung data micro USB to USB cable or a USB 2.0 compatible equivalent. The USB 1.1 cables will only charge your phone but not allow you to transfer data so your PC wont see the phone.
