Logitech Headset We just bought the headset,and can't hear anything on it, we don't really know how to set it up, can you please help. And does the headset only work with online play?

Hi Itsyen, go to start menu, control panel, sound. Then here go into the Tabs and select the Headset as Mic and Speakers. Apply, Done !

Go to Control Panel>Sound, Speech & Audio Devices>Sounds and Audio Devices. Switch to the Audio tab and make sure your headset device is set to the Sound Playback, Default device. You can use Sound Recorder to make sure the mic works and the headset itself.

call logitech  3464543200 tell them the problem then he will help u when he ask to go to settings then he will ask u to test it then say it doesnt work then he  will ask for ur billing information such as adress phone number and zip code then he will send u a new one for free in 7 to ten days

It sounds like you bought a bad apple on that one. I've never had an issue selling any of these. Logitech is the best company out there for video game and PC accessories, that's why they are the only ones with a Playstation emblem on their box. Just bring it back to the store and they should replace it for you no problem.

your program is probably set to use the wrong input for the mic, check your settings.

i had the same problem and you cant fix it unless you open the whole headset... its best to buy new one because the core battery is wasting i opened it and found out

i once too had the same problem. all i know is to plug your headset BEFORE you turn on your PS2.
