My incoming call's does not show name of caller, only displays call. i have a nokia 6131 I have reset factory settings but still does not display name. thankyou jennifer

Hi, My Nokia 130 phone does not display number for incoming calls. It shows "private number" for all the incoming numbers. I tried moving contacts from SIM to phone, removed duplicate entries. is the caller number display or nothing at all?

if the caller number is displayed,check you contact,might have enter same caller number even if different names.

if not,try to reset your phone,go to settings and restore factory default or just type *#7780# for soft reset (nothing will be erase and back to default) or *#7370# for fukk format or hard reset (this will erase all of your data stored,be sure to back up important data defore proceeding)

change ur settings from network

It's because the caller using voip (ie Skype or similar with hidden id)

2/try to copy the contacts from ur SIM card to ur phone memory so it will be able to recongnize the numbers in his memory!!
