Cannot recharge and the screen doesn't show anything. but when plugged into the computer it lights up, can see the display screen at an angle, but they seem to be inverted. its just brand new. Abbs

Most of customer who case this matter, when they are still download or upload the data, which once case the system hang. Most of customer, accord to the following steps to format their mp3 player once, which can help them to solve this matter.

1.Install the battery, Press and hold the “MENU” and “REC” button at same time to turn on your mp3 player.
2.Then you can see “MP3 PLAYER MATE V1.000” on the screen. But please remember don’t release the “MENU” and “REC” button.
3.Until the player enters to the MP3 mode. Then you can release the “MENU” and “REC” button.
4.Complete.

If there is no any improvement, please repeat step 1 to 3

I think it is MP4 or AVI.
so you need an excellent converter to help you with this.

I have a 1GIG MP4 mojo player.When I switch it on it remains showing a blue screen and does not do anything.

you have to do a power drain
you just unplug the wires from the plug
hold the power button for 5 mins
then restart it try to idenify if you have any kind beep sound
post the result again i will guide you

The recording from radio that did not want to work in iTunes was made in WAV format. To solve the problem I went to settings and changed recording format to MP3. When I recorded in MP3 format from the radio with my JNC SSFM2 series MP4 player and copied it into iTunes on my computer, iTunes played it without a problem.

Apparently WAV format is used on PC and MP3 is used on Apple Mac.

Go to jnc website and check their mp4 section (or better yet call JNC) - www.jnc-digital.com; they definitely have mp3 players that rae compat, but you will need to check the manuals for their mp4's to be sure - calling is usually quicker
