I have 2 Panasonic wireless phones ModelKX-T7885 and a panasonic PBX. One wireless phone will not display F1 thruF4 lines; it displays F9 thru F 12 only depspite reprogramming the unit to default settings. The other phone displays F1 thru F4 but will not connect; no dial tone or line light. Any suggestions on how I might fix this?

If I understood users manual which I found via internet,it is digital system for PBX,so it means you can use it 100% if it is programed thru PBX system,so you need to call your IT personel to program it
for you.
hi, have tested the charger if it is working? if you test the charger with another phone and is working perfectly then the charging port of your phone is bad. the charging port is the port where you insert the charger. try and get a new charging port and replace with the bad one, the phone will charge. thanks for using fixya.
How are you trying to get an outside line? By dialing 9? If the host system happens to be a TA series, you have to tell it how many lines you have, or that you don't have lines that have hardware ports but no dial tone, since systems select outside lines from the top down.
From System programming, program 400 defines connected lines.
