Hello, My pp4218avx starts up cuts for about 5 minutes and dies when hot, will not start till cooled down. Already changed spark plug and made some adjustments. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Possibly a bad coil. As they wear they get hot and fail to work properly, when they cool down they will operate properly again till they get hot during the next use.
Probably either a fuel or a spark problem. You need to check for the presence of a good spark immediately the engine stops - by using a spark gap, a spare spark plug or a propriety spark indicator.
If the spark is found to be absent the fault is likely the ignition module but check all connections and the stop switch operation before replacing.
If the spark is present then the fault is probably fuel-related and is the sort of thing a tiny droplet of water in the carb could cause...
sometimes when a spark plug or the coil is going bad it will run till it gets hot then die. after it cools off it will start and run fine. till it gets hot again. replace the spark plug if that don't fix it you may want to start looking for a coil.
could be several things. replace the spark plug and try it again. if that don't fix the problem then the coil may need to be replaced. when an engine gets to operating temperature or hot some times the spark plug or coil will start breaking down and it will die. after it cools off it will start again.
the past few mowers i have worked on the people are saying the same thing. runs for a while till it gets hot then dies and wont start till it cools off.. all of them have valves that were out of adjustment. when you go to start it does it want to stop or hesitate at a certain spot? if so it is valves need service. try a new spark plug. plugs may break down when hot and just need replaced. hope this solves your problem.
i am going to guess that it won't restart immediately after it dies either. It sounds to me like an ignition module going bad. it gets hot then cuts off the spark, once it cools down it starts and runs again until it gets hot again
