log onto pridemobility.com and select jazzy then select user manuals then look under discontinued models and find Jet 2 you should be able to download the manual Hope this helps
well ,This head rest you are wanting only comes on the captains seat model , Look for a captain seat back,make when you do find one that it came off a jazzy /jet 3 and that the seat with is the same as yours they should be universal a easy swapout of the back.
You can contact Pride Mobility @ 1-800-800-8586 ask for Jazzy Tech Support and they should be able to help you with the forks and bearings. I don't know the cost sorry Hope this helps
acampbel I went to pride website and could only find the manual for the Jet 3 ultra. I don't know if that manual can help you but goto pridemobility.com and select Jazzy chairs, scroll down until you see the picture for the Jet 3 Ultra click on the picture and you can download the manual from that page. Look in your owners manual for the flash code anwser. Make sure when you hit the power button you only touch it for 1 sec not more. If you press the power button for more the 2-3 seconds you place the power chair in LOCK OUT mode. lights will flash and not power. also check your free wheel levers. one on each moter. Mike
