Hi I manage a rental property in Mawson lakes with a ducted Mitsubishi R/C air conditioner, model number PUHZ PAR21 MAA (BP100VHA) The new owner has been unable to access the service manuals etc as the previous owner can't locate them. The system is not working and shows E6 error code. Without the books etc., I don't know the age of the unit, possibly 2 years old. The Landlord believes it should be covered by warranty. Can you please inform what this code means and if in fact I can advise the tenant of the best way to rectify the problem, many thanks Wendy Page

Is there a service manual for amcor CF14000e air conditioner?

The air conditioner should have the manual with it. If you are in a rental, the owner may be able to provide it on request. Once, in a rental, I found all the appliance manuals in a drawer in the kitchen. If you can't find it, you can order one from the customer service department whose phone number should be on the conditioner itself.

No instruction of use with rental property. In cold temperatures outside unit stops why? Also need to know if can be set to turn on at certain time of the day.

if the temp goes down outside the might shut off for sevreal reasons, (1) it might have a freezestat that shut it off to prevent damadge to the unit caused by being too cold outside, (2) the property owner might have an outdoor reset on the unit to prevent the unit from running when you can open the windows and save electricity, this is more common in timeshares than in long term rentals.

I am not getting any hot air out of my air conditioner and do not have a manual for it as i am in a rental property can you help out?

GAS HEATERS NEED GAS TO RUN AND PILOT HAS TO BE LIT UNLESS IT IS AN HSI SYSTEM AND FAN BLOWER MUST BE WORKING IN ORDER TO PUSH THE HEAT THROUGH THE DUCT AND VENTS.

ELECTRIC HEATERS HAVE A COIL THAT HEATS UP AND THE BLOWER PUSHES THE HEAT THROUGH THE DUCT AND VENTS.
ALSO CHECK THERMOSTAT ON BOTH MODELS FOR CORRECT OPERATION..THEY MIGHT NEED REPLACING.. ALSO CHECK YOUR
ANTICIPATOR RELAYS AND CHECK ALL BREAKERS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE ALL ON AND CHECK FOR LOOSE WIRES AND IF FOUND, TURN OFF POWER BEFORE RECONNECTING.
