Most manufacturers of gas appliances offer conversion kits to make switching between LP and NG fuels for ranges, dryers, etc. relatively painless.
First, you'll need to collect the manufacturer's name, appliance model and serial numbers. Then, contact your choice of either the place of purchase, or shop the part to authorized parts resellers in your locality or internet for the correct kit and best price. Use only parts designed for use in your particular appliance.

Try unplugging it, wait 60 seconds, and plug back in. Or press the HELP button if there is one, press the number "1", and press STOP. That works on my Sharp microwave.
yes / but install still need some air flow in and around the unit . needs air under neath and over the top / and cannot have 0 clearance in back / / ****
Are you cooking it this way, as shown in the owner's manual?
"Use an overturned 9 or 10 inch oven proof glass pie plate on top of the turntable when popping bagged microwave popcorn."
You can also use a paper plate in a pinch, but as always, never leave a microwave unattended while it's cooking, since some paper products can have impurities which will allow overheating and possibly fire.
This is a convection oven, so it has a metal turntable tray.
Microwaves cannot penetrate the metal from below like it would on a standard microwave's glass tray, allowing for even heating.
If you've lost your owner's manual, you can get it here.

Hi Kim, First of all, read and follow all the safety instructions in your installation and operations booklets. If Maytag recommend that only a certified gas fitter should do this conversion, then follow the advice. If you are a certified gas fitter you would know the answer. There are too many variables to take into account for this type of conversion like altitude, propane pressure regulation, age and wear of the stove, state of repair of all supply pipework, proximity to open flames in the area like water heater pilot lights. Leaking propane is heavier than air and will collect at the lowest part of the home like the basement where the open flames might be. So my best advice is to ask a certified/ticketted gas fitter to do the job or check what you have done and ensure that everything complies with all local codes. "If in doubt don't" is great kindergarten advice for everything which is potentially risky. I hope this helps, jenni.
