Everytime i try to log in it says Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage Most likely causes: You are not connected to the Internet. The website is encountering problems. Have you tried typing www.google.com into the address bar.
I have had this problem when connecting a new PC. It is usually set to log onto MSN and this has caused me problems.
Also try control panel / internet options / connections / lan settings. and making sure the automatically detect settings is ticked

Why don't you try another free Web Browser like Firefox, Safari, Opera or Chrome? See if Facebook loads in these browsers. Internet Explorer has a record of being inadequate in most cases. If you can access your account on the other web browsers, it may be a problem with your Internet Explorer settings.

same as my router just reset the router but make sure you have password on your router

this may be because you're not connected to the internet properly, but seeing as though you're able to post here...maybe try installing Firefox

it is faster and safer than Internet Explorer and It's free,i reckon it may fix the problem if not contact your ISP.

I have had this problem too, download another browser like Netscape of firefox. That is only if you are past system restore.

Try to check if the connection you have from the internet is suffecient to load a page in your browser.Cause sometimes the reason why the page cannot display is because of a slow and insuffecient internet connections  Then if it has a suffecient connection then try to open the browser options and try to see the security or the privacy options and try to see the cookies if it is enable. 

When I try to log on to http://192.168.1.1 it says that internet explorer can not display the webpage

click on File at the top of the screen make sure it's not checked work offline.

Also make sure you have valid shortcuts of actual websites on your desktops and not copies of those same webpages, the difference is that when you click on a copied webpage it will almost always open up as an "offline" web page. When you click on an actual shortcut icon of a website it will open up and go to the website, however you still need to ensure that "work offline" is not checked.

Also update your internet explorer.

Another thing you can do is, open up a program that you know will pull up a webpage and try it that way. A final thing you can do is go under the Internet Explorer folder in the Programs folder under your hard drive and click on the Internet Ex icon there.

Are you trying to access the camera in the local network? Have you assigned a static ip address to the camera? Which router are we using?
