FGR231ASY GAS DRYER BURNS FLEESE MATERIAL CLOTHING WHY

Hello my name is George,
I was wondering if the dryer was just burning fleece or all of your clothes. Fleece is a very delicate material, and should be dried on low temp or delicate depending on your drier. Driers are thermally protected inside with various parts. If the drier is getting to hot one of these would have caused the drier to stop heating. If the drier is burning all the clothes and not just the fleece I would recommend having a technician come out and check it as this could be a hazard for you and your family.

Drier over heats and shuts off. I can dry on "air dry" or very low temperatures. I can only put a couple of pieces of clothing in drier or it will over heat.

Dryer spins and heats but clothes are still damp. What could be causing this?

I thnk you have a clogged exhaust. Pull the drier out and insure clean ducts from the machine to the out of doors vent.

My roper dryer is spinning my electric meter like a top I replaced the heating unit but problem is still there on fluff dry no heat the meter crawls but low or high heat and the meter spins like atop

I am assuming that your talking about how much energy your using. When the unit runs on full heat, your electric meter will spin as you say like a top, this is quite normal. Electric dryers use tremendous amount of energy. Going on fluff your using just the normal 120v and not pulling many amps to run the dryer. However with the unit on high your pulling more amps and are now drawing 240v to operate your unit.
If your clothes are drying than it is not the heating unit.

If your concern is the amount of energy expended, there is always the old clothes line, which is energy efficient and if you live in a part of the world where the air is clean your clothes will smell fresher than if it came from a dryer.

Electric drier takes 2 to 3 cycles to dry one normal size load

Have you tried cleaning the actual inside of the drier?
When you use drier sheets the wax on the sheets melts onto your clothes and makes them soft, but the wax often gets stuck in the holes of the drier making it incapable of drying the clothes in one load. Try scrubbing the inside of your drier with some hot water.

Roper Drier no heat and continuous run for two hours

Your drier heating elements operates on 220 voltage, the drum and clock operate on 110, so you either have a blown fuse in one side of the fuse box ( easy fix )some time the circuit breaker will just need to be reset by turning it off and back on, or your heating elemant has opened up and will be more expences to fix, or it could just be a wire end has burned off. unplug plug from outlet remove back from drier and have a look see, and if bychance you have forgotten to clean your link trap if could be a high temp safety that has open and sometimes can be reset by pushing the reset button, all this is inside the back of the drier, if after that it may be time to call your friendly repair shop
