Hi I have A Homelite Weed wacker and the bolt inside the head where you pull the weed wacker cord out is seized and I cant refill the weed wacker cord can someone please help. Thanks..

I imagine that it supposed to pull fuel from the tank or it will not run

Jamie, could be a recoil problem, broken clutch, probable the engine has seized on your weed wacker. You can try and free up, rebuild or replace trimmer. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

my inlaw invented that weed wacker an opted never to use hard blades like that its veryyyy dangerous to all concerned

i use square nylon cord its just as good an safer too youll only bleed a little
other wise
youll put ur eye out.

Pull the spark plug out and try pulling it over if still won't move might have seized the motor possible not enough oil in gas You can try if not to much damage done pour some kerosene or stove oil down spark plug hole let sit over night try again

it could still have the broken peice from the old one inside the seat.take it apart and look inside and inspect the seat where the drive cable enters.

you need to unscrew part#37 .. it may be on very tight... hope this helps

Good fix, mrfixit-jerr! Also, if you remove the rear cover (4 screws) you can stabilize the crankshaft by inserting a screwdriver between the lobe of the shaft and the counterweight.
