My Nordictrack commercial 1500 is stuck at 12% incline and won't go nor up or down. How do i fix?

This sounds as though the motor is bad, they cost around $130.00, ther is a n electronic controller that controls it, but as it is trying to raise I would think that the switch and controller are functioning. Best of luck and please post back f this helps.

All electronics should have a surge protector. So when the power flickers and send a power surge to electronic plugged into the wall the circuit board is protected like your computer.

LUBE the elevation motor: rack+pinion and the motor +try to adjust the POT see the picture+ diagram

However RUN the software calibration for diagnostic, troubleshooting, and fix it.

You will need to contact Icon Fitness .

Try calibrating the incline. That almost always fixes that problem.
