Tell you what.... I had a friend that her mother had the same problem. Under normal use, flat surfaces, did fine, but slowed for a climb, we checked the actual axel on the bottom and found that her deep pile loose carpet had been collecting fibers on the axel and it slowed the tires. Check that and if that is not the problem, let me know, I can check further no problem.... Guy

This sounds like a controller fault which will need a diagnostic box plugged into see fault or re-programme.

hi, could be your brake dragging ? (located on the side of the motor) touch this with care =after using the scooter is it hot ? Are your sure a wheel not rubbing against bodywork ? ,
