Hello
It will be very difficult to programme and do other adjustments with this set, whthout having its user manual. You can download if free from the following link. If you feel any difficulty in downloading the same, send your email address to me by Fixya. I've the user manual of your Tv, and I'' send you a copy of it by return mail. It seems to be a PSU (Power Supply Unit) problem. When you unplug it and replug, the screen comes on for a moment. That means that the capacitor does not hold charge for long.
Open the back and look for bulged or burst capacitors on the module where the power cord meets inside. Replace the whole module if you can not replace the capacitor with exactly the same specs.
The problem is in the LCD panel itself. I am an authorized tech for Sanyo, and in the Chattanooga TN
area. Contact Sanyo at 1-800-877-5036. At the prompt hit the 0 key, and
then ask for customer service. They will be more then happy to assist.
Check the power cable and power socket. If they are working, and the indicator lights in the tv do not light up when connected to power, that means the PSU (Power Supply Unit) is faulty. Take it to a repairer.
