I recently had my lg env touch flashed to metro pcs. the phone is flashed but when i called metro pcs to activate they said i needed a 15 to 16 digit MEID HEX number and it has to be all numbers NO letters which is what is on the back of the lg phone battery. can someone please tell me where or how can i get the new flashed MEID number pleeeeeeease? one representative said that the person who flashed it was suppose to put a new sticker on the phone but when i called the person who flashed it, i was told no new meid numbers were generated....need help

yes.. In the security settings you should see ESN. your ESN is you DEC number.

Unusual problem. Check the settings to make sure theirs not a way to disable Caller ID. Give Verizon a call and see if they can find out whats going on.

Sounds like the software in the phone is corrupt. Take to a Verizon Wireless repair center and see if you can have it reflashed. Call ahead of time or visit verizonwireless.com to ensure that they can repair the phone.
You might also see if you're eligible for a new phone with a two year contract. That phone is an older model and it might be time for your upgrade.
