Unable to download photographs to pc. I can download photos from another camera so the problem would appear not to be the pc. have checked the pc for virus but none found.

Have you tried downloading with a different software? * Picasa is one option (download from www.picasa.com) Otherwise, you could try and import the photos using Window's Digital Camera Import Wizard
If any of these two methods work, then it is PhotoShot that has the issue. Otherwise, it might be the camera.
