im sorry to hear that but unfortunately, if youre not the one who created the BIOS password, theres no way for you t acces it anymore, what you can do is to reseat the CMOS battey on the motherboard so that BIOS password will be reset.
Hello sir, hi, most laptop and desktop computers BIOS is powered by a cmos battery, removing this battery and power on the unit will clear the cmos momentarily. including no password. BUT removing the battery needs dissassembly of the laptop. Some laptops the battery is under the keyboard, if this is not your options try google and search removal bios password.
see these two links first try cmospswd utitlity then only option is to short the two pins ... be very careful.. not recommended though If you have never done this kind of thing.
Hey dude, I hope this will work. just take out the cmos battery from ur CPU located inside it and change it . Ur password is resetted !!! ================================================= [email protected] [email protected]
reboot then press F2 it will bring you to BIOS. Then LOAD SETUP DEFAULT of your BIOS setting or choose the SECURITY SETTING and you change the password from there. Follow the instruction while using the BIOS.
