Hope you have already received a reply but, if not, to get a new bread pan you are supposed to call 01733 404709 and ask for a Bread Pan SB1020/01

Auto might be "Keep warm", but my wife uses it to cook and says that water will boil on Auto. Try putting an oven thermometer in and see what temp it gets to, and then you'll know exactly how your slow cooker is behaving.
