If this is a new installation, shut off the water supply to the faucet and dismantle to get at part number "974-074" under the handle. It probably has some debris from theinstallation caught up in that part.

Reinstalling Applications from Discs
To reinstall applications from discs:
1. Insert the disc into the optical drive
❏ If Autorun is enabled an installation wizard is displayed.
❏ If Autorun is disabled, select Start > Run. Enter:
x:/setup.exe
where x is your CD drive designation
and then select OK.
2. When the installation wizard is displayed, follow the
installation instructions on the screen.
3. Restart the notebook if prompted.
You may be running into incoming files produced by Microsoft Office 2007 edition. Older MS Office versions cannot open the new format included in MS Office 2007, but 2007 can read earlier versions. Microsoft.com provides a fix for this problem at this link so your older version of MS Office will be compatible with the new MS Office 2007 format.
