Cannot install PrintMaster Platinum 2011 When I

There Isn't One

can you install this program you state that you cant then you state after its installed you cant get into the program ???

just try typing 2010 when it asks
if this fails right click on the program and try installating as the administrator

or you might have to contact the seller for some advice or a refund

Using mouse, right click on the "setup" and Run as "Administrator"

You can try version 15 in compatibility mode:

Hello, I had the same issue, I found this article http://support.encore.com/technicalsupport/kb.aspx?kb_id=1250&product_id=2643 It pretty much says that your regional setting is not set to English United States. Changing that will resolve the issue. Under Control Panel > Regional Settings.

I installed PrintMaster Platinum 2011 and it first said that I didn't have the correct version of Java for my Mac. I downloaded the required version and was able to proceed with the installation. Did the error happen to say what version of Java is required? If so, going to the Java website and getting the newest update for Windows XP would probably allow you to go ahead and install PrintMaster.

I just installed my PrintMaster Platinum 2011 today on my Mac. Your registration key # is printed directly on the DVD. If there are any zeros in the number and you think they're "O"s, it will say it's an invalid number. I had typed in "O"s and it said that. When I typed zeros it went through to the installation process. Hope this helps!

You're right. PrintMaster Platinum 16 isn't compatabile with Win7. You can either upgrade to which is Win7 compatible or use the program on a computer with XP. You can do this with either a virtual computer or a dual-boot system. If you have Win7 Pro or Ultimate, you can download two programs from Microsoft to create the XP Mode. This gives a virtual computer with XP without needing to buy XP. If you use a virtual computer, just install the software in that computer.
