I have a mt2000-h magnum pump, but did not get the controlls with the pump. Im trying to figure out how to get the two speeds out of the motor when i only have one set of motor leads for the 220v hook up. motor data tag says 1750-3425 for motor rpm. how does this motor produce two differant rpm's without two differant sets of windings?

You have two windings if it is two speed. What you need is a switch
before your wires come into the motor you need to take one of the leads and run it through a high low switch. This will simply take one of your 110v lines and make it go to high and low speed on the motor.
Green will go to ground, one 110v line will go to common and the other goes to the switch. It comes out as two leads. One will hook up to the low speed terminal and the other will hook to the high speed terminal in the back of the motor.

My electric motor went bad and i am trying to replace it but can't remove it from the pump housing

you do not want to replace the motor only, the pump is handled as a unit... there are seal issues, etc.

How do you get the pump out of the housing on a jucuzzi magnum force pump

If yours is the model with the big round ring around motor, it is a large retaining nut. Remove this nut and the motor should come from the pump housing. Don't be too rough, plastic breaks.

Jacuzzi Magnum 1000 - overheating & looking for manual

Loosen the motor and impeller from the pump by backing off the large plastic nut and take that whole section to an electric motor repair shop for inspection. If the motor is salvagable, they can quote the repair or replacement.

Jacuzzi magnum pool pump impeller broke

The impeller on the Magnum pump unthreads counter clockwise as do other impellers. There is a shaft of the motor that runs the length of the motor, on the back of the motor when you take the bell housing off you will see a small silver spot with a **** in it for a standard screwdriver. Put the biggest one in there you can and then grab the impeller and turn it counter clock wise and it should unthread. Sometimes they won't if it has been on there a number of years. You will need to break it off if it doesn't unthread. Then just purchase a new Impeller for the Jacuzzi Magnum Pump.
