Samsung scx-4521F giving me document jam error when I feed paper through the ADF. Paper is accepted, but doesn't feed out, stops halfway with the Document Jam error. If I clear the jam and ensure all paper sensors are moving freely, and try again the same thing happens, paper feeds through then stops with a Document Jam

disply appear ready tech
press menu &left arrow key
display new cartridge
press enter button twice.
then toner empty message is over
do previous simulation for go normal condition.
paper senser is located at back side of the machine remove backside cover and see heater unit near the hot roller paper senser is located
open the front door and take the cartrige out. if it jams at the black roller. you must clean the pickup roller. you will see it at the back of the unit in the center.
Open the ADF by lifting the small cover. Check that there isn't any paper stuck in the rollers. Then check that the spring loaded paddle that closes the paper sensor when paper travels in, is working. It may be stuck in the down position.Just push it down, you should here a click, the release it . Make sure it pops back up.
