Can you access your BIOS when you turn on the computer?
Somewhere in the BIOS you may have inadvertently changed the netbook to boot from the "Network via PXE" instead of from your local hard drive.
To enter the BIOS, you must restart the PC
and enter BIOS setup or BIOS features by pressing Delete or another
hardware specific key on BIOS screen startup.
From there, you should encounter a series of menus that you can navigate only with the keyboard... not the mouse. With luck, you will find a boot menu option that you can correct.
Make sure you save your choices on exiting and restart your PC. With a little bit of trial and error, you should be able to coax your netbook to boot from its internal driver.
