Check the RAM modules, reseat to make sure it makes proper electrical contact.
Check the RAM specification and motherboard specification. Is the RAM module the correct type for the motherboard
If it still does not boot up, check the RAM module - take it to your friendly computer shop to test.
Check the CPU, make sure it is seated correctly and locked into position. If possible test the CPU in another motherboard to see if it is faulty.
