I cannot print in color from my desktop computer. It is wired to a toshiba estudio 3500c.

Check whether the color cartridge is empty or not... also check in printing preference Black & White mode is not selected... I mean enable color printing... Hope it will work..

Did the toshiba tech updated to latest firmware?
Need to isolate is the pc, printer driver, soft copy issue.

you must connect the machine with you're computer.you want the fax you must check the you're photocopy machine have a fax board.you want the scan & printing connect the photocopy machine to the computer.(network cable)

try adjusting the settings in your print properties such as rendering (presentation, photographic, etc.) also can make some adjustments in print tab in user tools as far as gamma adjustments, may have to go to admin mode default password is 123456

Estudio 352 is not help to take out printout from computer

Hello sir; When you make copy does it print? if there also no print out you better check the corona wire (charge & discharge) it should take care of you, if still don't work let me know.
