Hello sir, i use HP deskjet D2360 printer, it most of the times showes status as printer offline..wen i insert only black catridge & remove color Catridge it works..i changed color cat it worked but few days later showing same problem..pl help me to sort out this problem.. thank u

The printer can work with one single cartridge.. but you can try by right clicking on the printer icon and choose "use printer online" .
if that does not resolve the issue .. do a L2 uninstalla..
for this .. put the CD .. and then choose open.. now, go to UTIL folder and then to ccc ..
now, choose uninstall L2 .. this time you may have to unplug the USB cable ..
restart the computer after L2 uninstall and then restart.. this should resolve the issue.
