Just bought a Nokia 2630 phone, an upgrade of an older Nokia but it won't allow access to any of my overseas SIM cards without entering a restriction code which I can't find anywhere! Help please. I've searched the net for a solution but the 2630 does not seem to be listed anywhere.

i put my sim card in my phone and it is asking for a resstriction code, but when i bought the phone it was with o2 and when i put my o2 sim card in the phone it came up this?

i cant get your question clear. you need the restriction code or you need the instructions to enter the restriction to enter the code? if you need the restriction code you can get it here.
