Sounds like you need to contact netflix for support. They might need to give you the code. You can also call them at (800) 585-8131

You can find all the info you need on the Netflix help website. Normally you will enter the code in the Netflix application on the device you have Netflix on. Check out the help site and make sure you have access to a computer and the device you are using Netflix on is also connected to the internet.
